Gift with Purchase Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Heritage Collection Cup & Straw Gift with Purchase promotion (the “Promotion”) run on the Official Harry Potter Shop US website (the “Store”). The Promotion is offered in addition to the Terms of Purchase and Terms of Use that apply to the Store. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the promotional advertising for the Promotion, the promotional advertising will take precedence.

2. The Promoter

The Promotion is offered by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (the “Promoter”).

3. The Promotion

During the Promotion Period, when the total value of eligible products in your order reaches the Qualifying Amount, one Heritage Collection Cup & Straw (the “Gift”) will be added to your basket free of charge. The Gift is applied automatically at checkout and no code is needed.

4. Qualifying Amount and Promotion Period

Qualifying Amount: $100

Promotion Period: from 09:00 on 22 June 2026 to 23:59 on 12 July 2026 (US Pacific Time)

4.1 The Qualifying Amount is calculated on the price of eligible products, before sales tax, after any discounts have been applied. Delivery charges, taxes and the purchase of gift cards do not count towards the Qualifying Amount.

5. The Gift

5.1 The Gift is one Heritage Collection Cup & Straw, as shown in the promotional advertising.

5.2 The Gift is provided free of charge and is exclusive of delivery costs.

5.3 The Gift is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an item of equal or greater value.

5.4 The Gift cannot be exchanged.

5.5 One Gift is given per qualifying order. You may take part in the Promotion more than once during the Promotion Period, provided each separate order reaches the Qualifying Amount.

6. How to take part

6.1 To take part, place an order on the Official Harry Potter Shop US website during the Promotion Period, with eligible products reaching or exceeding the Qualifying Amount. The Gift will be added to your basket automatically.

6.2 Orders placed outside the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Gift.

6.3 The Promotion applies only to orders placed on the Official Harry Potter Shop US website.

7. Returns and refunds

7.1 If you return products from a qualifying order and the order value falls below the Qualifying Amount as a result, you will be asked to return the Gift. If the Gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.

7.2 Returns are handled in accordance with the Store’s Return and Exchanges Policy. Please note that the Store does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

8. Eligibility

8.1 The Promotion is open to retail customers purchasing on the Official Harry Potter Shop US website.

8.2 The Promotion is not available on purchases for resale.

8.3 The Promoter may disqualify any customer it reasonably believes is tampering with, abusing or acting against the spirit of the Promotion.

9. Availability and changes

9.1 The Promotion and the Gift are subject to availability and to the stock held for this market.

9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold, suspend, cancel, withdraw or amend the Promotion, and to amend these Terms, where it is reasonably necessary to do so and without prior notice. This will not affect orders already accepted that qualified for the Gift.

10. Liability

10.1 Except where it would be unlawful to exclude or limit it, the Promoter’s liability in connection with the Promotion is limited as set out in the Store’s Terms of Use.

10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed or not processed as a result of events outside its reasonable control, including technical, network or system failures.

11. General

11.1 These Terms supplement the Terms of Purchase and Terms of Use for the Store. For matters relating to the Promotion, these Terms take precedence in the event of a conflict.

11.2 These Terms are governed by, and any dispute will be resolved under, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of the Store’s Terms of Use, which require the use of arbitration on an individual basis rather than court proceedings, jury trials or class actions.
