Are there any products I can’t return to you?

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products with damaged or lost tags
• Products or packaging that have been opened
• Personalized items
• Used or worn items
• Food and drinks
• Jewelry
• Cosmetics
• Socks
• Products that have been scratched or defaced
• Individual items within a Gift Trunk or Bundle

Your statutory rights will not be affected. The above items may be exchanged if faulty.
