How do I exchange a product?

Unless deemed faulty, we are unable to offer any exchanges on products purchased from the Harry Potter Shop. If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased for an alternative, please return the item for a refund. You will then need to place a new order for the desired item or size. If you have a product that is faulty, please contact our Customer Services Team.

Please note, return shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be subject to any additional shipping and delivery costs as well as taxes, where applicable. Please refer to our Return Policy FAQ for steps on how to initiate a return.
