Where is my order?

Please allow 2-3 working days after completing your purchase for your order to be dispatched. Orders containing personalized items may require additional processing time.

All orders are sent using UPS, and you will receive an email to confirm once your order has been dispatched. This may also contain a tracking number so that you can track the status of your order on the delivery partner’s website.

Once dispatched, please allow additional time for delivery, which is dependent on current UPS demand and your location within the continental United States.

If it has been longer than stated above and you still have not received your order or seen any movement in tracking, please contact our Customer Services Team.
