Can I cancel my order or an item in my order?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it. However, if you would like to attempt to cancel your order or remove an item, please contact our Customer Services Team. We’ll check whether your order has already been processed.

Please note: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you remove an item from an order that qualified for a promotion (such as free delivery), the total may be adjusted accordingly.
