Can my delivery or billing address be changed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to amend your delivery address. However, please note that once it is picked up by UPS, we are unable to make any changes. After it leaves our facility, you will need to contact UPS directly to modify the delivery address, which may incur a fee.

For your financial security, we are unable to make any changes to the billing details once an order has been placed. If you have received an order confirmation, your order will be processed, and any incorrect billing address information will not prevent dispatch.
